HR, Recruitment & Onboarding Volunteer
By volunteering in HR, Recruitment & Onboarding, you will help Drama In Mind CIC attract and retain talented volunteers who make our programmes possible. Your contribution will strengthen our capacity, improve volunteer experiences, and enable us to reach more people through our services and projects.
Project Coordinator Volunteer
As a Project Coordinator Volunteer, you will play a key role in helping Drama In Mind CIC deliver meaningful projects that improve wellbeing, increase opportunities, and strengthen communities.
Your support will help ensure programmes are well organised, efficiently delivered, and able to reach more people who can benefit from our services.
Business & Partnerships Manager
As a Business & Partnerships Volunteer, you will help create opportunities that strengthen the long-term sustainability of Drama In Mind CIC. Bid Writer / Grant Research Volunteer

Successful funding applications can directly increase the number of people we reach and the services we are able to provide.

Networking Meeting Attendee
By attending networking events on behalf of Drama In Mind CIC, you will help us build valuable partnerships, increase awareness of our work, create new opportunities for collaboration, and expand the support available to the communities we serve. Your involvement will contribute directly to the growth and sustainability of our programmes and services.
Marketing & Communications Volunteer
As a Marketing & Communications Volunteer, you will help increase awareness of Drama In Mind CIC's services and impact, enabling us to reach more people, attract volunteers and supporters, strengthen community engagement, and promote opportunities that improve wellbeing and life chances for those we serve.

Meet Some of Our Volunteers
Volunteering with Drama in Mind has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Working alongside such passionate and dedicated people has been inspiring, and it's wonderful knowing I've played a part in making a positive difference in the local community.
When I joined, I had just graduated from university. I knew I wanted to become a project manager, but I lacked the experience and confidence to pursue that career. Through Drama in Mind, I've had the opportunity to coordinate my own team and help manage projects, giving me valuable hands-on experience and helping me believe in my own abilities.
Drama in Mind's mission is to help children grow in confidence through creativity and drama, and I can honestly say they've helped me grow in confidence too. Being able to combine my passion for volunteering with my passion for project management has made my time here truly meaningful.
