At Drama In Mind CIC, we believe that every child, young person, and vulnerable adult deserves to feel safe, supported, and respected. Safeguarding is a top priority in everything we do—from workshops and performances to digital interactions.

What We Do

• Vet all staff and volunteers (including enhanced DBS checks)
• Train all team members in safeguarding and child protection
• Provide clear codes of conduct and anti-bullying policies
• Ensure safe digital and in-person working environments
• Respond quickly and appropriately to any concerns
