About the event
Our 6 week programme will allow children and young people age 8-16 years old, a safe creative space to share and work through some of the emotions they face on a daily basis, for example, anger, shame, fear or bullying.
Using the imaginative power of drama, our interactive workshops provide valuable learning opportunities for your children, allowing them to express themselves creatively whilst embracing a new, positive perspective or even changing their mindset on an issue.
Lead by DBS checked, professional performers, each workshop encourages children to create and perform drama sketches based on their discussions around the chosen emotion or topic for that week. These discussions are designed to challenge the children to think through how they deal with that emotions at home, at school, within friendships and in everyday life.
